Playbook automatically syncs your subscription, progress, and content when you log in with the same email address on each device. No manual sync required.
If content isn't appearing on a new device, try logging out and back in, or tap Refresh in Profile > Settings > Subscription
Note: Downloaded workouts are stored locally on each device. You'll need to re-download them on a new device for offline access.
