The red dot on the Playbook app icon indicates you have unread notifications — such as new workouts, creator updates, or messages from your trainer.
To clear the badge, open the app and check the Notifications section. Once you've viewed the updates, the red dot will disappear.
You can manage your notification preferences in Profile > Settings > Notifications.
