You can very easily add workouts to your favourites so you can refer back to them anytime. Please follow the steps below to add a workout to favourites:

1. Go to the trainer's profile
2. Select a workout
3. Tap on the heart icon next to the workout
Please note: You can also favourite a workout on the summary screen.

2. Tap on the heart icon on the upper right corner
