How to Add a Workout to Favorites

Save your go-to workouts for quick access.

  1. Open the workout you'd like to favorite.

  2. Tap the heart icon on the workout screen.

  3. The workout will then be saved to your Favorites.

Tip: You can access all your favorited workouts from the Profile tab.

Note: You can still view workouts that have been favorited even if a creator archives them. These workouts will be listed in the respective 'Favorites' sections of the app under Profile.
