Streaks are a fun way to track how many days or weeks you've stayed consistent with your workouts.
You earn one Streak point for every workout you complete in the app. Playbook tracks both your current streak and your all-time best.
To view your streaks, head to the Profile tab.
Tip: Completing at least one workout per day keeps your streak alive. Missing a day resets your current streak — but your all-time high is always saved.
