Log in to the Playbook app with your email - Select Sign in with email
Enter the confirmation code sent to your email inbox
On the Discover section, navigate to the Profile tab
Scroll down to the bottom of your screen and select Settings
Under Settings, select Units under the Workout section
Select your preferred Weight Unit (Imperial/Metric)
