Sometimes your subscription status can be slow to update after a payment or login. A quick refresh usually fixes it.
Navigate to the Profile section of the app.
Tap Settings.
Scroll to the Subscription section and tap Refresh.
Important: Make sure you're logged in with the email address you used when purchasing your subscription. Logging in with a different email will show no active subscription. If the refresh doesn't fix it, log out completely and log back in with the correct email.
