Confirmation Code Not Arriving

A second look at what to do when your login code doesn't show up.

If you've requested a confirmation code but it hasn't arrived, here's what to check:

  • Look in your spam or junk folder — confirmation emails sometimes end up there.

  • Make sure you entered the correct email address (the one linked to your Playbook account).

  • Tap Resend Code on the login screen to request a new code.

  • Wait a moment — email delivery can sometimes take a minute or two.
