Go to the Playbook User Portal at my.playbookapp.io/login and log in.
Open the menu and select Subscription.
Tap Manage > Cancel Subscription.
Complete the steps on screen and wait for the confirmation message.
Important: Log in with the same email address or Facebook account you used when purchasing your subscription.
