If you've paid for a subscription and it isn't appearing, try the following:
Make sure your billing information is up to date with no outstanding payments.
Check that parental controls are not blocking purchases on your device and adjust permissions if needed.
Visit your App Store or Google Play subscription settings and use the 'Restart or Restore a Subscription' option.
