How to Restore a Subscription

If your subscription isn't showing up, here's how to get it back.

If you've paid for a subscription and it isn't appearing, try the following:

  • Make sure your billing information is up to date with no outstanding payments.

  • Check that parental controls are not blocking purchases on your device and adjust permissions if needed.

  • Visit your App Store or Google Play subscription settings and use the 'Restart or Restore a Subscription' option.
