Apple and Google manage all payments and refunds for in-app purchases directly. If you didn't cancel before your 7-day trial ended, they automatically converted your trial to a paid subscription.
Step 1 — Cancel your subscription

Step 2 — Request a refund
Apple: Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com — Playbook will approve refund requests on our end.
