To upgrade via the web, your current subscription must be cancelled (inactive) first.
Go to the Playbook User Portal at my.playbookapp.io/login and log in.
Navigate to the Subscription section.
If your subscription is still active, click Cancel Subscription first. Then wait for it to expire.
Once inactive, select your new plan and complete the purchase.
Note: Your subscription must be inactive before you can select a new plan. Contact support@playbookapp.io if you need help.
