If you've suddenly lost access to your Playbook content, it's usually caused by one of these issues:
Your credit card payment failed.
Your payment details are missing or your card has expired.
Your App Store or Google Play billing information needs updating.
Try the following:
Update your payment method in the App Store, Google Play, or the Playbook web portal.
Log out of the app and log back in using the email address linked to your subscription.
Go to Profile > Settings > Subscription and tap Refresh.
Note: Always log in with the same email address you used when purchasing your subscription.
