How to update your credit card info (via Web)
Go to https://my.playbookapp.io/login and log in with your email address
Enter the confirmation code sent to your email inbox
Under the Payment Method section (Subscription section), select Update
Enter your Credit card number, Expiry Date and CVV Code and select Update
How to update your credit card info (via the App)
Log in to the Playbook app with your email - Select Sign in with email
Enter the confirmation code sent to your email inbox
On the Discover section of your app, navigate to the Profile tab
Scroll down to the bottom of your screen and select Settings
Under the Subscription section (Settings tab), select Manage
On the Subscription tab, select Update Credit Card
Enter your credit card information and select Update
NOTE:
The ZIP field refers to the Postal Code number for US-based users.
International users (outside of the US) can enter any 5 digits in the ZIP code field to update their credit card information.
If you bought your subscription using Apple Pay, you can update your card saved in your Wallet.
