Playbook doesn't use passwords. Instead, we send a 4-digit confirmation code to your email each time you log in. There's nothing to reset — just make sure you have access to the email address linked to your account.
If you're locked out of your email, contact your email provider first, then reach out to us and we can help update the email on your Playbook account.
