Redeeming a Gift Subscription
A gift subscription can be redeemed by clicking the Redeem gift button in the email you received or via https://my.playbookapp.io/gift/redeem
A) Redeeming via Email
If you received your gift subscription via email, please follow the below steps.
1. Open the email and click the Redeem gift button
2. You will then be redirected to the redemption confirmation page and further instructions will be emailed to you.
B) Redeeming via Gift Code
If you received a Gift Code, you can redeem your gift subscription by following the below steps
2. Enter your Gift Code, email address and click Redeem.
3. You will then be redirected to the redemption confirmation page and further instructions will be sent to you in an email
