If the QR code on cast.playbookapp.io isn't scanning properly, try the following:
Make sure your phone's camera has permission to access the camera.
Increase the brightness on your laptop screen.
Hold your phone steady and at the recommended distance.
Refresh the cast.playbookapp.io page to generate a fresh QR code.
Restart the QR code scanner in the Playbook app and try again.
