Create a Log
You can start logging a workout from either the workout overview screen or the exercise video player.
Just tap the Logging icon — it looks like a pencil.
Once you're in the logging screen, input your weights and reps for each set, and add any notes you'd like to remember for next time.
Tip: If your trainer has pre-filled suggested reps in gray, you can type over them to enter your own number. Want to track an AMRAP set instead? Just enter your number in place of the "F."
Save Your Log
There are two ways to save your progress, depending on whether you're still working out or you're done:
To save as a draft: Tap the checkmark from either the workout overview or the logging screen. This saves your progress without marking the workout complete.
Didn't finish a workout? If you exit the app before completing it, you'll see a banner allowing easy re-entry. Just tap the checkmark directly from that banner to mark it complete and save your log.
View Your Log History
There are two ways to review your past logs:
From the Profile tab: Tap Logs. Your logs appear in chronological order, most recent first. Tap View to see the full note.
From the logging screen: Open the History tab directly within your logging screen.
Want to jump straight to a workout from your history? Look for the arrow next to any saved note in your History — tapping it takes you directly to that workout.
Search for a Previous Log
Want to check what you lifted last time for a specific exercise?
Tap the menu next to the exercise name and select Show Previous Logs. This automatically searches for logs with similar keywords.
Note: The History screen only shows a preview — tap View to see the full note.
View Logs in Your Calendar
You can also see your logs laid out in a Calendar view — open it from the Profile tab to quickly find a log from a specific day.
Add or Delete Sets
To add a set: Tap Add Set. Your inputs from the line above will automatically copy into the new row as placeholders, so you don't have to start from scratch.
Edit a Saved Log
To edit a log you've already saved:
Go to your Log History.
Tap the menu (⋯) next to the log and select Edit.
Make your changes, then tap Save.
Note: Editing a log does not change its date and time — it stays tied to when you originally completed the workout.
Use the Built-In Timer
While logging, you can access both an exercise timer and a rest timer. The timer icon at the top of the screen changes depending on which type of timer is active.
Switch Units (lbs / kg)
For a single exercise: Tap the menu and select Switch to lbs or Switch to kg.
Turn On Auto Rest Timer
You can set the rest timer to start automatically — either after you check a set within a single exercise, or once you complete all exercises in a circuit round.
To turn this on, tap the menu and select Turn on Auto Rest Time, or enable it from the Settings page.
Note: This option won't appear in the logger menu if your trainer hasn't specified a rest time for that exercise.
Turn On Auto Checking
Want your sets to check off automatically? Turn on Auto Checking, and a set will be marked complete as soon as the exercise timer runs out. Enable this from the menu or in the Settings page.
Note: This option won't appear in the logger menu if your trainer hasn't specified an exercise time.
