Overview
Booking a court through PlayByPoint offers players a seamless experience, from selecting a court to confirming their reservation. As a staff member, understanding this process helps you assist players efficiently and ensures smooth operation.
1. Navigate to Facility Home Page
Once logged in, players are directed to the homepage of their selected facility.
Book Now: Players initiate the booking process by clicking the "Book Now" button located in the second widget on the facility’s homepage.
2. Select Date, Court Type, Time Slot, and Accept Waiver
After clicking "Book Now," players proceed to select the date and court type for their reservation.
Choose Date and Court Type: Players select the date they wish to reserve a court and choose from available court types (e.g., tennis, pickleball).
Choose Time Slot: Players select their preferred time slot from the options displayed. Available time slots are indicated with a black line, and unavailable time slots are marked with a red line. Players can also join a waitlist for full slots, with notification via email if a slot becomes available.
Waiver Pop-Up: A waiver may appear, which must be read and accepted.

3. Review Booking and Add Players
After selecting a time slot, players are taken to a screen where they can review the court type and time slot chosen, and then proceed to Add Players to the reservation.
Mandatory: All players involved in the reservation need to be added.
Official Match Option: Players have the option to make it an official match to improve their NPRP or DURP ratings.
Enable Game Match: Allows connecting with other similar-level rated players.
Cancellation Policy: Displayed at the bottom of this section.
4. Confirm Players and Proceed to Checkout
After adding all players, players proceed to the checkout page where they can review and confirm all details of their booking, including court type, date, time, and participant information.
Payment Options: Include credit card, club credits, or other approved methods.
Group Payment: Players can choose to pay for just their slot or for the entire group. Other players can also pay for their part once they receive the invitation to the match.
5. Booking Confirmation
Players receive a booking confirmation after payment completion.
Confirmation Receipt: Confirmation via email or on a confirmation screen.
Calendar Integration: Option to add the booking to your personal calendar.
6. Manage or Modify Booking
Players can manage or modify their booking from the facility's home page, or through the 'Bookings' tab.
Modifications: Include changing the time or date, or canceling the booking.
Cancellation Policy: Subject to the facility’s cancellation rules.
