Overview
As a player, you can request a lesson in Playbypoint by submitting a request through the Scheduler. This process lets you choose a preferred coach, date, and time, which the facility will review and confirm. Follow the steps below to request your next lesson.
Instructions
1. Navigate to the Scheduler
Log in to your Playbypoint account and go to the Facilities tab.
Select the facility you would like to take a lesson at, and select Professionals
2. Select your Professional
Choose from the list of available pros you would like to take a lesson from or use the search bar along the top
Select Request Lesson to start your pro lesson process

3. Fill Out the Request Form
Select who this lesson is for.
Choose a date that works best for you.
Enter your best contact phone number.
Enter your skill level.
Add any notes to help the coach prepare, and available times for lessons (e.g., your skill level, focus areas, Afternoons (1-4pm), etc).
4. Submit Your Request
Once the form is complete, click Request
You’ll see a confirmation message indicating that your request has been received.
5. Wait for Confirmation
A staff member or Pro at your facility will review your request.
If your preferred date/time are unavailable they will reach out to confirm a new date/time.
Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details on your request, and the ability to add to your personal calendar.
With this email you'll see the confirmation of the club name, sport and court you've been booked to. What date and time for the lesson, who your pro will be, and you can view your club's cancellation policy with the link within the email as well.
Next Steps
If your requested time or coach isn’t available, the facility may reach out with alternative options. You can also manage your request by going back to the Scheduler or checking your profile.
