We operate under the Parimutuel gaming laws in the United States, and therefore we are limited to offering our product in those states where we are licensed and regulated to accept wagers.

Your ability to wager is based on the state you are physically located in at the time of your wager, and if wagering is currently available in that state.

We are continuing to expand the states we offer wagering in, and hope to have additional states within the next 90 days.

Below is a list of the states currently available along with those that are coming soon and states where wagering is permanently restricted.
