How do I close my account ?

Sorry to hear you would like to close your account.

If you wish to close your account, log into your account on our website or app

Click on your Account > Responsible Gambling, then Deactivate or Permanent Self Exclusion.

You can deactivate your account or choose permanent self-exclusion.

It's important to understand the details before you continue. Once you select your options, it will ask you to confirm your selection before proceeding.

Deactivate Account - you can deactivate your account in order to stop betting with us. Once deactivate you can contact customer service to reopen your account at any time.

What will happen if I proceed deactivating my account?

  • Any pending bets will stand

  • If you had any funds available in your account, please contact customer service

Breaks

If you do not wish to close your account down permanently, we do also offer Short and Long Breaks. This is where you can chose to close your account for a specified time. Short Breaks being anywhere from 1 day to 6 weeks, and Long Breaks being either 6 months or 1 year.

If you wish to take a break you can do so by clicking on either Take a short break or Take a long break under the Breaks section in the Responsible Gambling section on the website or app.

Or contact us via the Live Chat or email support@playwestbet.com to close your PLAYWEST account. We will close your account and forward any money left in the account to your nominated bank account.
