How long do deposits take?
When depositing funds into your account via Debit Card or PayID the funds will be available immediately after completing the transaction.
Important! There can be some circumstances where you’ve made a transfer to your PlayWest account via PayID, but the funds don’t arrive in your PlayWest account immediately.
Some banks put a temporary hold (for up to 24 hours) on payments to PayID's over a certain amount. If the funds aren’t in your PlayWest account instantly & haven’t been returned to your bank account, then your payment has likely been impacted. Please contact your bank who should be able to assist.

For example:

What currencies can I deposit into my PLAYWEST account?
PLAYWEST only accepts deposits in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Why was I charged cash advance fees by my bank?
Traditionally, depositing with a credit card was treated as a normal payment by banks and no extra fees were charged to your account.
However, in recent times some banks have started charging a surcharge because all deposits into PLAYWEST are being treated as cash substitutes.
To establish whether these surcharges apply to you, you are urged to check with your financial institution for advice on what financial products and services are affected.
