When connecting your search console, did you arrive on this screen, with an empty list?
If the answer is YES, this is the most common error our users get - and we may know why: you've probably didn't choose the right Search Console account!
Steps to start again
Go to your Plezi Settings > Search Console
Disconnect your Search Console
Click again on button "Connect my Search Console"
In the popup that opens, make sure you select the right Gmail account. It should be the Gmail account associated to your Search Console
Wondering how to know what is your email associated to the Search Console you wish to connect? Open a new tab, go to your Google Search Console, click on the picture on the top right: there's the right email to authentify yourself !
5. Complete all the steps in popup and confirm.
6. Once popup closes, you'll see a dropdown list. Select your Search Console account and confirm.
That's it. Your Search Console is now connected and you can see reports in your Plezi Dashboard.
It still doesn't work?
Here are more clues on how to fix this:
Make sure your Search Console is setup on a "domain" property. Otherwise, it won't be compatible.
Do you have data on your Search Console? If not, it's very probable that this will return empty reports in Plezi.
If the answer to the previous points is yes... follow these final steps:
Click on Execute on the right and complete the google auth flow (with the right account linked to the search console, if you have several).
You should have a green section with results (the list of your search console property).
Is the result is green as above? Then contact as, it means there's something that could have gone wrong on our side. Please let us know!
Does the result show an error, in red? Then, it means there's something wrong on your Google Search Console. Please contact your Google Administrator.
