Plnar Snap | Sync Results with Xactimate

When a project is initated outside of Xactimate, the assets will not automatically sync back as the connection has not been made yet. To sync the data, follow the steps shown below.

In Xactimate Desktop (X1) or Online (XOR)

Find the claim in your Local Projects and click the "Request Data" (house and tree) icon found on the right menu

*Please note, in order to sync data, the claim numbers must match. Be sure the Claim number in Xactimate matches the entry within the Plnar Portal. If no match is found, a new Plnar Project will be created.

The "Request Data" modal will appear. Ensure New Order is selected and Click Next

In the new web page, click the drop down menu next to Plnar and select Interior Walls:

The next page will ask you to verify the contact information. When initiating a project, you'll select who the project recipient is by using the check box next to the contact.

To sync Plnar data, check the box next to Claim Representative and click Submit found at the bottom of the page.

Once requested, a connection is made with the Portal and assets will begin transferring over the next few minutes. You will receive a bell notification in Xactimate once the assets have completed syncing. Once that happens, open the claim and navigate to the Sketch tab. Click the yellow Import button at the top left of the canvas to bring in the sketch:

The Import Selection box will appear. Ensure Plnar is highlighted and click Import:

And that's it!
