How to Capture Small Spaces:

Step 1: Capture Floor Corners
Photograph floor corners to define the room. If space is too tight, shoot from the doorway or aim through walls/obstacles.

Step 2: Record Layout Video / Room Overview
Start outside the space. Begin recording, walk to the entry, then slowly pan left to right while looking in. No full 360 needed.

Step 3: Capture Damage (Optional)
Capture wide + close-up photos of damage. Open cabinets/drawers if needed.

Capture Scenarios

Scenario A: Part of a Larger Room
(e.g. bedroom closet, pantry)
💡 Pro Tip: Capture it with the main room. Include the small area’s corners in the room perimeter.

Scenario B: Separate Space
(e.g. half bath, hallway, attic)
💡 Pro Tip: Capture as its own room. Take corners from the doorway, use extra lighting, and record video from outside in.
