After a while, if the project status is still in the "initiated" state, that means that the user hasn't opened their project yet. There could be a few reasons for that, but a small reminder with the project link will usually help them out.
Resending Project Link
To resend the project link, launch the Plnar Portal and use the search bar in the Project Explorer page to locate the project. Once found, click the Gears Icon to bring up the Project Options menu. Here is an example:
This menu shows you their active project link and offers a convenient way to re-send or forward the project link using the Re-Send button.
Click "Re-Send," then confirm / edit the intended recipient's email & mobile number to tell the system where to dispatch the project text and email. Then click "Send Project Link"
