If your device does not support Plnar Snap, we do have a couple alternative options for capturing your space:
Option 1
The project link is transferrable so feel free to share your link with a family member or friend with a compatible device by forwarding the text message you received to their phone number. Then proceed documenting the space using the app on their device. This method is preferred as it will result in Plnar generating 3D models and measurments of each room captured, facilitating a comprehensive analysis for the insurance claim adjuster.
Option 2
If Option 1 is not possible, we do offer a separate weblink that can be used from your mobile device or computer to upload photos. Please note, photos submitted through this link cannot be used to generate our 3D models and measurements. Using this link, replace the hashtags at the end with your project code found in the text message you received:
This will take you to a web flow where you can create rooms, provide notes, and upload photos.
