I have a current project saying that review is required. What does this mean?

What do I do when a project says that review is required? Will I receive an e-mail about how to proceed?

If a project has a red dot like the one below, our Quality Assurance team found issues with the project which means that further action is required from the policyholder.

"Review Required" means that PLNAR is unable to produce the assets, including the project's 3-D model, due to an issue in the capturing process. A review notification will be sent out via e-mail from PLNAR's Quality Assurance team to the assigned adjuster with recommended actions to be taken on the project.

If the claim is an IMMC, the e-mail will also be forwarded to the policyholder as well. E-mails are sent throughout the day so check your inbox once you notice that a project has been labeled with "Review Required".
