Project Options | How to Open & Reactivate a Project

Unlocking and reopening project links in the Portal is a straightforward process that ensures you can quickly regain access to your projects when needed. Whether a link has been locked due to inactivity or other reasons, this guide will walk you through the steps to unlock and reopen it so you can continue your work without interruptions.

Step 1: Locate the Project

Use the search bar to find the project.

If the project you are looking for is in a "closed" status, you'll receive a "No Results Found" message when using the search bar. Use the Eyeball Icon at the top right to tell the system to look in All projects (open or closed). Click here to learn more.

Step 2: Open the Project Options Menu

Click on the Gears Icon next to the project to open the Project Options Menu

Step 3: Activate URL

You can activate the project by clicking on the slider underneath "SNAP App Project Link" A project will become unlocked when the slider shows green and says "Project Link is enabled".

Step 4: Re-open the project

Re-opening the project restores it to your view, allowing you to access and manage it directly from your project list.
