Plnar projects are processed quickly to keep your claims moving. Here’s what you can expect:
Standard Turnaround Time
A 3D model is typically generated within 24 hours or less on standard business days (Monday through Friday). However, the Photo Report becomes available immediately after the project is submitted—no need to wait for the full 3D model to begin reviewing the loss.
Submission Timing and Completion
Projects submitted Monday–Thursday will be processed within 24 hours or less.
Projects submitted on Friday will be completed by the following Monday.
As an adjuster, please communicate these timeframes clearly to policyholders so they understand when to expect their results.
