As soon as Plnar receives data, the app shows the project changes from "Not Started" to "Submitted." If a project is showing as "Capturing" in the Portal, it is possible that the data was not submitted successfully.

This can happen if the user exited out of the app too soon. It may be necessary to ask the user to try to submit the project again. Please emphasize that a strong and stable internet connection is needed when submitting a project and ask that they follow the steps listed below to make sure their project is successfully submitted.

Step 1: Open the Plnar Snap app.

Step2: The user can enter their project code or click on View Previous Projects.

The View Previous Projects link takes the user to their list of projects. An unsubmitted project will have a cloud with a red "x" on it, shown below.

Step 3: Click on the project to open it.

Step 4: Once in the Project, Click the orange "Submit Project" button.

Please be sure to hang around until you see the "All Done!" confirmation page. This is a visual confirmation the project was successfully submitted.

And that's it!
