Creating a project via the Plnar Portal is a simple process and can be done from either your computer or mobile device.
Step 1: Log in to the Plnar Portal

Step 2: Click "New Project"
Click the "New Project" button found at the top right of the Portal
Next, you'll see the "Create New Project" page.
Click on the "Create Snap Project" button at the bottom of that page to proceed with penciling in some details.
Step 3: Enter the Reference/ Claim Number:
Type in the reference / claim number into the field shown below and click "Continue"
(You can enter the property address information, though it is not required.)
IMPORTANT - If you intend to sync with an estimates platform (Xactimate or CoreLogic) this reference number must match exactly how it appears in that platform.
Step 4: Add Recipient's information and Send Project:
Add the First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, & Email Address for the intended recipeint. Once you've done that, click "Send Project Link" to dispatch the text and email to the information provided.
And that's it!
The user will receive the SMS & Email project invite and can begin by tapping the link provided or entering the project code within the app.
