Can I get a refund for my membership or subscription?

PLO Mastermind memberships are generally non-refundable for both new and existing members. We send reminder emails three days prior to renewal to help customers avoid unintentional charges.

For monthly subscriptions, the customer has the duty of care to ensure that if they do not want to renew their membership, it is cancelled on time. Renewal payments are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions (both regular priced and on sale) are considered final sale and no refunds will be provided.

For yearly memberships and new members, unless otherwise noted in a promotion, a partial refund (minus fees and then pro-rated) may be given during the first 15 days, at our discretion. While refunds are uncommon, exceptional circumstances such as technical issues during cancellation may be reviewed on an individual basis. When refunds are approved, processing fees (typically 5-9%) are non-refundable, and refunds generally take 5-7 business days to process.

Other one-time purchase products may or may not have refunds available. Please consult the terms in the FAQ under specific product descriptions. Digital files and downloaded purchases are non-refundable, due to the nature of the product. Additional options beyond refunds may be available. These include temporarily retaining access to certain features while considering a decision, or downgrading to a lighter subscription plan like PLO Trainer Lite to preserve access to essential content. Important: We recommend regularly reviewing your subscription settings to avoid unintended renewals and paying close attention to reminder emails to make timely decisions regarding your membership status.
