Memberships and PLO Stat Lab
If you contact us within 7 days of your first-time purchase of a membership plan or PLO Stat Lab, we will issue a full refund for any reason. No usage conditions apply.
Membership plans this covers: PLO Trainer App, PLO Trainer Pro, and PLO Mastermind, on monthly, 6-month, or yearly terms.
Standalone courses
If you contact us within 7 days of your first-time purchase of a standalone course, we will issue a full refund provided you have started fewer than 10% of the course videos. "Started" means a video has been opened or playback initiated.
Courses this covers: Winning PLO Tournaments, 6-Card PLO Blueprint, and Double Board Bomb Pots.
How to request a refund
Email support@plomastermind.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include the email address on your account and the product you are requesting a refund for. We will process your refund promptly. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
Your access to the refunded product ends immediately upon processing.
What is not eligible for refund
Renewals of any subscription or product.
Plan changes initiated more than 7 days after the original purchase.
Second or subsequent purchases of the same product.
The 7-day window applies to the first purchase of each product per customer only.
Purchases made on accounts suspended or terminated for cause.
Sale and promotional purchases follow the same policy as standard purchases.
What is not eligible for refund:
Purchases made using cryptocurrency (Bitcoin or USDT) - Crypto payments are non-refundable.
6-month and yearly plans
6-month and yearly plans are one-time payments. They do not renew automatically and do not need to be cancelled. Your access continues until the final day of the term and then expires. If you want to continue after that, you can sign up again at whatever rate is available at that time.
Monthly plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time through your account settings with no requirement to contact support.
