What is your Refund Policy?

Can I get a refund for my membership or subscription?

There are no refunds for any PLO Mastermind membership, for new or existing members.

For monthly subscriptions, the customer has the duty of care to ensure that if they do not want to renew their membership, it is cancelled on time. Renewal payments are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions (both regular priced and on sale) are considered final sale and no refunds will be provided.

For yearly memberships and new members, unless otherwise noted in a promotion, a partial refund (minus fees and then pro-rated) may be given during the first 15 days, at our discretion.

Other one-time purchase products may or may not have refunds available. Please consult the terms in the FAQ under specific product descriptions. Digital files and downloaded purchases are non-refundable, due to the nature of the product.
