The latest version of PLOT’s Procore app requires updated permissions in order for features such as schedule, submittals, and tasks to be read from Procore and daily log entries to be written to Procore.

In order for this app to function properly, PLOT’s Procore app must be installed by a Procore admin for your company.

Existing ties to Submittals or schedule Activities will remain functional after the switch is made.

Setup inside of Procore

  1. Click Install App and Confirm Permissions Required when prompted

  2. Click the X following “Installation Successful” message to select projects to enable PLOT’s 1-Stop Procurement & Deliveries Tool.

  3. Once installed, Procore will prompt the admin what projects you would like to enable this app for. Please select all projects that you will use in PLOT then click Add.

  4. You may not get the screens shown above. If so, navigate to the PLOT app's information page that looks like the below and perform the same steps.

The app is now configured in Procore. The rest of the setup will now take place in PLOT itself.

Setup inside of PLOT

  1. Click on Settings in the left navigation sidebar.

  2. Click on the Integrations tab in the top tab bar.

  3. Select your Integration Source of Procore from the dropdown then click Connect

    1. A popup will appear that will ask you to sign into Procore and allow permissions if not done so already.

  4. Select your company in the Company dropdown

  5. Select the project belonging to this PLOT jobsite in the Project dropdown

  6. The screens should show successful integration status.
