PLOT enables General Contractors and Trade Contractors to manage which material deliveries go where, when.
This process eliminates confusion, ensures compliance with location and equipment availability, and prevents double-booking of the space and equipment necessary to offload material.
General Contractor establishes locations and equipment that can be reserved by Trade Contractors and the days and hours that each are available.
Trade Contractors view available times for the location their materials will occupy to offload and any equipment that may need to be reserved for that offloading (e.g. tower crane, buck hoist. trade owned equipment typically not included).
Trade Contractor's delivery request notifies the GC Lead, who will then ACCEPT or DECLINE this 'pre-screened' request.
Trade Contractor 'Lead' user is then notified of Scheduled or Declined Delivery.
