On the Directory page, you can mange notifications and permissions by editing one field on the user.

Leads act as the notification and authority for each company. When Trade Contractors make a delivery request, only the GC Leads are notified. If a GC books a delivery on behalf of a Trade, or accepts/declines a Trade's request, only the Lead of the Trade company is notified.

If a member of any company requests a delivery, both the Lead of their company, and the Lead of the other company are notified.

When Leads make delivery requests, the request is auto-accepted by their company.

The Lead(s) of the Receiving Contractor are always displayed on the delivery, along with their contact information.

Trade Contractor 'Lead' user is then notified of Scheduled or Declined Delivery.
