Introduction

You'll learn how to adjust delivery times, manage conflict check logic, and update workflows to ensure your deliveries align with your operational needs.

02

Click "Settings"

Open the Settings menu to access configuration options for your account.

preview

03

Click the "Deliveries" tab

Navigate to the Deliveries section to manage your delivery preferences and schedules.

preview

04

Choose your default Working Hours

Select the default hours that deliveries are allowed to be booked. Each location and equipment has the option to override this to allow for exceptions.

preview

05

Choose your default Working Week

Select which days your Jobsite is available for deliveries. GC Lead users can always book outside of these (day and hour limitations) with the GC Override tool.

preview

06

Choose your Jobsite Closure Days (e.g. Holidays)

Click View and Edit to modify the Working Days that will actually be unavailable. These are pre-loaded with 11 Federal Holidays which can be removed. Custom Closure days can be added.

07

Choose the day and time of your Weekly Delivery Overview email

Each week, PLOT will send out the Delivery Overview email at the day and time of your choosing. PLOT notifies all Trade leads of deliveries currently scheduled for the following week. We encourage you to connect this with a huddle/meeting so that Trade Leads can pull up this email to confirm it is accurate. We also encourage this email to be sent out later in the week so that more deliveries are likely included.

08

Click "Workflows"

Access the Workflows section to manage automated processes related to deliveries.

09

GC acting on behalf of trades

Click this toggle to allow GC Leads to Accept/Decline on behalf of Trade users

10

Click here to allow Trade double-booking

Enable this toggle to allow a Trade to 'double-book' themselves. They still cannot double book a location or a piece of equipment unless those toggles are turned off as well.

You can do the same for Location and Equipment above, but this is the one we see turned off the most.

Choose how Pending Deliveries are handled

Disabled: Trade A makes a request and it is pending until the GC approves. This pending delivery would not block requests for Trade B to make a request for that same time.

Enabled: Trade A makes a request and it is pending until the GC approves. This pending delivery would block any other request unless it is Declined.

12

Manage 'Scheduling Range'

These settings allow you to specify how far out a Trade can request a delivery through Conflict Check.

Days notice limits how soon a delivery can be requested.

Days out restriction limits how far out a delivery can be requested.

13

Click "Save"

Click Save to apply all changes and update your delivery settings.

You have successfully configured your delivery settings, including specific days and times, and saved your changes. Your deliveries will now follow the updated schedule and workflows.
