You can view a graphic for the 'Pull Schedule' by expanding any 'Order' row. This graphic requires all durations, along with an Required on Site date, to populate.
Required on Site or R.O.S. (dare, user-assigned):
This is the date the material is needed on site.
You can either choose a date from a date picker, or click the small Gantt icon to choose activity(ies) from your integrated CPM schedule.
If you create a Material from a Submittal, and that Submittal has a Required on Site date, PLOT will inherent that value as the ROS date (read-only, does not write back to Procore if changed).
Shakeout Days (duration, working days):
When connected to Schedule activities, this duration pulls the ROS date forward for necessary time to offload, sort, or otherwise prepare material for installation.
This duration is often used as a buffer as well.
This duration is not used if ROS is a manual date selection.
Lead Time (duration, user-assigned, calendar days)
This duration is used to calculate how long after ordering will it take for the material to arrive.
Includes any manufacturing, warehouse picking, and freight time.
Can be used as a day (d), week (w), month (m), or year (y) duration.
Order Deadline (date, calculated):
Calculation: Required On Site date - Lead Time = Order Deadline
Order Delay (duration, user-assigned):
This duration is to account for any time after approval until an Order is expected.
You can use this for field measurements.
This duration is also used as a buffer to ensure Trade Partners have time to Order their material after their Submittal(s) for that Material is Approved/Released.
Can be used as a day (d), week (w), month (m), or year (y) duration.
Approve Deadline (date, calculated):
Calculation: Order Deadline - Order Delay = Approve Deadline
Review Duration (duration, user-assigned):
This duration is how long the Submittal is expected to be in the Design Teams hands for Review and Approval.
There is a Review Cycle option (e.g. 1x, 2x, 3x) that multiplies the Review Duration. This can be used to anticipate multiple revisions before Approval.
Can be used as a day (d), week (w), month (m), or year (y) duration.
Submit Deadline (date, calculated):
Calculation: Approval Deadline - Review Duration (with Review Cycle multiplier) = Submit Deadline.
