Anticipated dates are shown in the graphic as hollow circles. They are calculations based on durations added to incomplete past due deadlines, or actions completed before their deadlines.

Anticipated Submit (calculation):

  • PLOT's algorithms always expects the Material data to be Submitted on time. Therefore, any time the Submit Deadline is in the future, the Anticipated Submit date matches it.

  • When the Submit Deadline is now past due, the Anticipated Submit date shows today's date, indicating the expectation that it will be Submitted any day now.

Anticipated Approval (calculation):

  • When the Submit Deadline is incomplete & upcoming: Submit Deadline + Review Duration.

  • When the Submit Deadline is incomplete & past due: Anticipated Submit (always today) + Review Duration.

  • When the Submit Deadline is complete: Date Submitted + Review Duration.

Anticipated Order (calculation):

  • When the Approval Deadline is incomplete & upcoming: Approval Deadline + Order Delay.

  • When the Approval Deadline is incomplete & past due: Anticipated Approval (always today) + Order Delay.

  • When the Approval Deadline is complete: Date Approved + Order Delay.

Anticipated on Site (calculation):

  • When the Order Deadline is incomplete & upcoming: Order Deadline + Lead Time.

  • When the Order Deadline is incomplete & past due: Anticipated Order (always today) + Lead Time.

  • When the Order Deadline is complete: Date Ordered + Lead Time.
