Delivery Notification Routing

Use this setting to allow specific GC Leads to get notifications based on which location or equipment the delivery is associated with, or based on which Trade Partner requested it.

Navigate to the Notification Lists page by clicking Settings on the left sidebar, then the Deliveries tab.

Here you will see 3 toggles that determine which criteria to use in routing notifications.

You can route notifications to specific GC Leads based on:

  • Which Trade Partner requested it (e.g. Structural trades inform Bill, interior trades inform Sarah and Luis.)

  • Where the delivery is being dropped off (e.g. Building 2 deliveries are managed the Superintendent for Building 2, Phillip)

  • CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE: Which Equipment is assigned to the deliveries (e.g. Deliveries using the Tower Crane should only notify the Tower Crane Operator).

After determining how you want notifications to be routed, then go to the Location, Equipment, or Trade Partner Lead Notification settings and determine who gets notified for each.

The tricky thing about this setting is if more than one toggle above is selected, PLOT will look at the largest unique set of Leads to notify. For example, if the Delivery is dropping off at Laydown A, using the Tower Crane, and received by the Sparky Electrical Service (where Laydown A leads are limited to Sarah, but the Trade Sparky is still notifying all GC Leads), PLOT will notify all GC Leads.
