Inviting users to the GC team is simple. First, click to expand the GC row, then click 'Add User'. You can use email address or phone number to invite the user, but we recommend email address all else being equal. There is a 'Add More' button if you would like to send more than one invite at a time. You can then view, resend, or revoke invitations in each companies section on Directory.

Adding Trade Contractor users is similar to adding GC/Prime Users, you simply must create the Company before it will appear in the dropdown mentioned/show in the step above.

Click 'Add Company' to the right of the the screen and create the company. Then use the 'Add Users' button in the top right of that Trade's section.

Leads for the GC/Prime are typically the Superintendent, Asst. Sup., or Field Engineer.

Leads for the Trade Contractors are typically the Foreman.

When a Lead is designated for a Company, they will be the one notified of Deliveries assigned to their team. They will also be the only ones who can Accept/Decline on behalf of their Company.

GC Leads have a few additional privileges allowing then to override conflicting deliveries and administrate Users on behalf of Trade Contractors

'Alerts Only' users can be added by the same method as described above, and then changing their permissions to 'Alerts Only'. Alerts Only users do not gain access to the Jobsite on PLOT, but will receive Jobsite Alerts (mass text and mass email tool Notifications sidebar (accessible by clicking 'Notifications' button in the top right). They will receive text messages or emails to the phone number or email they used to subscribe.
