Autodesk Configuration
Navigate to account admin page (requires Account Admin permission).
Click “Apps"
Scroll to 'PLOT' and select it
Click 'Install'
Return to PLOT, then click 'Settings', then follow the prompts to log in, select your company, and select the project within ACC that you would like PLOT to connect to.
IMPORTANT: The User connecting Autodesk to PLOT must be have access to ACC 'Build' (where Submittals resides) on the project being connected to be able to import Submittals for use in Procurement.
Connecting to Integration Source in PLOT
Select 'Settings' in the left sidebar (GC Lead permission required)
Click the 'Integrations' Tab.
Next, choose the Autodesk option, then click the 'Connect' button.
A pop-up will allow you to log in to the integration provider.
Finally, select the Company within the integration partner and then the project you would like to connect.
That's it!
You will now be able to:
Import Companies and Users into PLOT.
Import/synchronize Submittals with Materials in the Procurement tool. IMPORTANT: Make sure you synchronize Submittals before trying to add Materials from Submittals.
