Each time the app blocks a customer from placing an order, it logs the event and records useful data, including:
Date and time
Cart line items
Shipping address ZIP code
Shipping address state
Shipping address country
We refer to these logged events as “blocked checkouts”, and they can be viewed at any time by navigating to the “Blocked checkouts” link in the app’s navigation menu.
On the “Blocked checkouts” page (shown below), you can filter, sort, and review all blocked checkouts created by the app.
