How can I permanently delete my account?

This option allows you to delete your account, as well as the data linked to it: automated workflows, events, and linked accounts. Deleting the account also removes your email from email marketing flows.​

Here are the steps to permanently delete your Pluga account:

  1. First, go to your Pluga dashboard -> My Account:

  2. Then, click on "Advanced" on the left side of the screen:


  3. Finally, click on "Delete account":


  4. When you click on "Delete account", a small window will pop up detailing everything that will happen if you proceed with the permanent removal of your account:

  5. If you want to continue with this operation, you will click on "Continue" and then enter your registration email and write, in capital letters, "DELETE ACCOUNT":


  6. After clicking on "Delete my account", if the data has been entered correctly, you will receive a success message on the dashboard itself and will be redirected to our website https://pluga.co/en

It is important to consider that Pluga reserves the right to retain some data, such as invoices that were issued, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Therefore, even after permanently deleting your account, Pluga may retain personal data required or permitted by law, for as long as needed to fulfill its obligations.
