⚠️ WARNING: As a resident of an HOA (homeowner's association), you will need to add the enterprise number of the HOA. Make sure to have it on hand when creating your account.

If we are unable to link your HOA’s enterprise number to your account, this may cause issues with the billing of individual charging sessions.
