Plugzio has multiple security features to prevent miss-use.

A user will receive a push notification on their mobile phone as soon as they are unplugged from a Plugzio device. Giving them a summary of the session and a heads-up.

1- As soon as a device is unplugged from Plugzio, the power gets cut and the next person has to re-authenticate to access power. This will prevent people from stealing power from others.

2- For extra level of security, you have two additional options.

Option A: Install Plugzio in a lockable cover. This way the user can lock their cable in to be sure no one can simply unplug them. You can always lend them locks for convenience.

Option B: Install Plugzio Universal, which has a built in cable that can be used to charge electric vehicles. The cost of Plugzio Universal including the charger is still significantly less than a smart Level 2 charger.
