This article assumes that you have created a Plugzio User Account. If you have not created an account, please follow the following guides:

Please keep in mind that the passwords must have a minimum of 8 characters in length with at least 1 uppercase character and 1 special character.
Steps
Open your browser, navigate to https://my.plugz.io/ or Open Plugzio app on your iOS /Android device
Log into your Plugzio account
Click Account Settings on the bottom side of the left sidebar
Enter the current password of the account in the "Current Password" field
Enter the new password of the account in the "New Password" and "Confirm New Password" fields
Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters in length with at least 1 uppercase character and 1 special character.

When logged in your user dashboard, click Account Settings on the bottom of the left sidebar

Click Current Password and enter the current password of your user dashboard

Click New Password and enter the new password for your user dashboard

Click Confirm New Password and enter the new password for your user dashboard AGAIN

Click SAVE to change the current password to the new password
