User - Create A Wallet - For user wallet creation
1. Sign in to your user dashboard
2. Click "Wallets" to edit/create your wallets
3. Click "TOP UP" to add credit to your existing wallet with your preferred method
4. Acknowledge the transaction fees set by PayPal
5. Click "NEXT"
6. Choose your preferred method of payment. (your choice of payment method is completely regardless of how you topped up in the past)
