1. Navigate to https://manage.plugz.io/
2. Click "FORGOT PASSWORD" on the login page
3. Enter the email address associated with your management dashboard on "Management Forgot Password" page
4. Click "SUBMIT" to receive the reset password email
5. Check your email inbox for this email subject "Reset Password for Plugzio" and click on the link that says "here"
6. If you do not see the reset password email on your dashboard, check your "Spam" or "Junk Email"
7. Navigate back to the login page and click "BACK TO SIGN IN"
8. On the login page, use your email address and NEW password to login
